In order to be certain the project reflected the critical aesthetics of Paradise Valley and met all Town development standards, project planning was a collaborative effort between the developer, the Town and the neighbors. As a result of that successful effort, the project was unanimously approved by the Planning Commission, as well as the Town Council. Please join me in voting Yes on Proposition 411.

Former Mayor, and Current Vice-Mayor recalling that as the Town expanded and grew over the years, it incorporated many of the resorts that are part of Paradise Valley's tradition today.
The town police originally had no jurisdiction at the Camelback Inn, Mountain Shadows, El Chorro Lodge, the Sun and Sage, the Smoke Tree, and what is now The Ritz-Carlton site. It would take the County Sheriff's office an hour or more to respond from Cave Creek. We saw the value that these resorts brought to our community, and over the course of time, there was a systematic and concentrated effort to bring these facilities into the town.

It's a natural fit for Paradise Valley – our town. It will blend well with Marriott's Camelback Inn with significantly less "density" and substantially more "open space".
